What is Envyl?
Envyl enables a fast, reliable and cost effective online shopping experience for overseas shoppers. As a traveler, you can earn some money by using your extra luggage space to carry items for overseas shoppers and by delivering them when you reach your destination.
What are the benefits of using Envyl?
  • Trust - At Envyl, we greatly value the privacy and safety of our shoppers and travelers. Our peer to peer shipping model is transparent and easy to follow. When you request a product on Envyl, you can rely on us to guide you through the process and get you your products.
  • Low price and fast delivery - On average, it takes a shopper about 5 weeks to receive international packages. Through Envyl, your items are sure to arrive within 5-10 days through a Envyl traveler. It is also very cost effective to ship with a Envyl traveler compared to the traditional methods of shipping.
  • Open communication and transparent process - We are here to ensure that you have an unforgettable experience. You can communicate with us at any time regarding your goods and we will gladly assist you. When you place your request and make your payment, you will be connected with a traveler that will carry your packages to your destination. We encourage all communication to be made through Envyl.com for reference purposes.


What happens after I place a request/order an item?
  • Envyl does not process requested items until it has been paid for. Once payment is confirmed, Envyl will purchase item(s) within 24 hours and have it mailed directly to a Envyl Traveler.
  • Purchased items are tracked by Envyl until they are received by a Envyl Traveler. Envyl guarantees 5-10 days to deliver items to shoppers after a Envyl Traveler receives the items. Envyl has no control over how long it takes a merchant to ship or deliver ordered items and can only guarantee the 10 day maximum delivery period once a Envyl Traveler receives the item.
  • Envyl holds payment for the Envyl Traveler until the package has been delivered to the shopper. The payment is released to the Envyl Traveler once the shopper confirms receipt of the ordered items.
As a traveler, what will happen next after I post my travel listing?
  • Envyl will vet all travelers. You will receive more information about this process after you post your travel listing on www.envyl.com/traveler
  • Envyl will purchase the item on behalf of the shopper and deliver the item to you (the traveler) for delivery to the shopper overseas. However, you will not be paid for transporting the item until Envyl receives a receipt conformation from it's representatives.
  • When you arrive at your destination, Envyl representative's will be in touch with you for the pick up of the items after which payment is made to you.
How will the shopper receive the package at the destination?
Pick-ups depend on the city and or country you (the shopper) are located. As soon as your item(s) arrive in the country, Envyl representative's will contact you regarding the delivery or pick up of your item(s). Please note that you will be updated throughout the process of your delivery.
How long will it take for me to receive my item(s)?
Envyl does not give any guarantee for an exact day you will receive your items as that highly depends on how long it takes for the merchant to get the item to us or our travelers.
However, we guarantee 5 - 10 days delivery to you from the day we (Envyl or it’s traveler) receives your items from the merchant.
How long does it usually take to receive the items from the merchant?
Delivery estimates from the merchant depends on the merchant we are purchasing from. We wouldn’t know for sure when we would receive the items until the order is placed. Some merchants deliver in 2 days, some in 8 days, etc.
How much do you guys charge for shipping / How much is delivery / How is the cost calculated?
Our delivery fee depends on the weight and price of the item you would like to purchase. We typicallycalculate the Envyl delivery fee with the following formula "$5 per pound + 0.20 x price". We have a “Get Delivery Estimate” tool on the homepage of the website.
What if I have already purchased the item / Do I have to purchase the item through Envyl?
Unfortunately, for now, Envyl does not deliver items that have already been purchased or items that are not purchased through Envyl. We do this in order to ensure the safety of our Travelers. We guarantee all Envyl Travelers that any items mailed to them will be purchased by Envyl from a trusted merchant.
Do you deliver items from only the U.S./ What if I want to shop from stores outside the U.S.?
We currently only deliver items from U.S. online stores or stores that ship to the U.S. There are some stores outside the U.S. that ship to the U.S. or have warehouses in the U.S. If the item does not ship to the U.S. then we wouldn’t be able to match the item with a Envyl traveler. If you are unsure whether or not the store you would like to order from ships to the U.S. Please send us ([email protected]) a link to the store you would like to shop from and we will let you know if they do ship to the U.S.
Can I ship a goat / Can I buy a car through Envyl / Can you guys deliver a house / How large of an item can I buy?
We can only deliver items that can fit into a Envyl Traveler’s luggage space. If your item(s) is small enough to fit into a 50 lb suitcase / luggage, and meets all the regulatory requirements, we will be able to deliver it to you.
How can I order multiple items / Can I buy more than one item?
Yes, all you have to do is add all the items to your cart using the request form found here.After you add all your items and checkout, we will then receive all the items you would like to order and we can go ahead and make the purchase for your items.
How can I get a PayPal account / What are the steps to setup PayPal?

Can I track my order after I make payment.
Unfortunately we currently do not have an automated way to track orders. We will do our best to provide you with frequent updates regarding the status of your order from the moment the order is placed to when it ships from the merchant up until you receive it.
What are the payment options on Envyl
The preferred payment method for Envyl is PayPal. Envyl also provides other payment options for those that do not have a PayPal account. You can pay with your local bank card, visa, mobile money etc. For customers in Ghana, upon checkout select expressPay and you will have the option to pay with your visa card, local bank card or mobile money.
Is Envyl opened on the weekend / What happens when I place an order on Saturday or Sunday?
Envyl's official office hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST. Our offices in Ghana. Any order's placed outside of our business hours will be attended the next business day.

Accounts and Profiles

How can I post my travel plans and subsequently get matched with a shopper?
At Envyl, we value our traveler’s willingness to carry items for overseas shoppers while making extra money. Please find the below steps on how to post your itinerary:
  • Signup/create an account on www.envyl.com.
  • Click on the "Become A traveler" button and fill in the necessary information about your trip. This will help us match you with a shopper/requester.
  • After signing up and answering a few brief questions, you will receive an email when we find a match (overseas shopper). In that email, we will guide you through the flow. If you are still not certain on how to proceed, please call or email our 24/7 customer service agents at Envyl and we will gladly assist you.
How can I shop and also request for travelers?
At Envyl, our shopper’s experience and satisfaction is greatly valued. Hence, we want you to have a smooth experience throughout the process.
  • Signup/create an account on www.envyl.com.
  • Start shopping at your favorite stores.
  • Copy the link of the desired item from your favorite store and paste in the provided space when completing your shipping request.
  • Within 24 hours of placing your request, we will send you an email with instructions on how to pay for your item and shipping using PayPal.
  • Envyl will use the funds to purchase the desired item on your behalf.
  • A traveler who is headed to your destination will be contacted by Envyl to deliver the package to you. Sit back, relax and your item will arrive within 5-10 days.

How does Envyl handle payments?

Envyl receives payment from shoppers through Paypal. Very recently payments through expressPay were suspended as we continue to build out a more robust payment system and provide our customers with a variety of payment options. The good news is that, all our customers who made payments using their bank cards on expressPay can use Stripe just as seamlessly. If you have any trouble, please let us know. We also release funds to travelers after delivery and confirmation through Paypal. The payment process is designed to make the transfer of funds between shoppers and travelers reliable and transparent, as follows:
  • The shopper pays Envyl based on the cost of the item(s) purchased and a fee for shipping through a traveler
  • Envyl and shopper receives a confirmation that the package has been successfully delivered
  • Funds will be released to the traveler within 24 hours

How are charges calculated on Envyl?

When a shopper request for Envyl to buy and transport their packages to their destination, they pay for the cost of the package and a fee for shipping through a "Envyl." The fee from the shopper is meant for the traveler. However, before transferring the extra payment from the shopper to the traveler, Envyl will apply between a 12-15 percent service fee and then send the balance to the traveler.

The fee calculations are based on the below:

  • The weight and size of the products
  • The price of the products
  • Travelers willingness to carry
You may have to pay VAT and local shipping fees depending on the product. Also note that the shopper is responsible for covering any item that incurs extra luggage fee. There will never be any extra charge beyond what we will specify in the confirmation email. Our process is very transparent. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Creating a Paypal Account in 7 Easy Steps

1) Using a browser (Safari/ Google Chrome) on your smartphone, go to www.paypal.com

2) Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and change select your country:

  • Click on the American flag, it should take you to a new page with a list of countries
  • Select the appropriate continent and country. (It will automatically take you back to the home page)
  • Check that the country you selected is active by scrolling down to the bottom of the page, you should now see the correct flag

3) Click “Sign Up for Free” on the home page

4) Under “Personal” click “Open an account”

5) Fill in your information (Postalcode can be blank) AND Link your credit card using your card number, expiration date, and three digit code at the back of your card.

6) Click “Agree and Create Account”

What measures does Envyl have in place to prevent theft from travelers?
All our travelers are verified and confirmed before carrying items for shoppers.
Can I return an item?
Since Envyl is not a merchant, we are not responsible for returns or the quality of the item purchased. We encourage you to review your items before submitting them for purchase and/or making payments. Once you submit the request, please note that we will proceed with ordering the goods and matching you with a traveler.
What happens when my item is damaged while being transported by the traveler?
Envyl is determined to make your experience as pleasant as possible. If your package is damaged or stolen under our care, we encourage you to submit a claim through our customer support. All claims are treated on a case by case basis. Customers can get refunded upto 50 percent or the full value of the originally requested item. In some cases, your damaged item might be replaced at no cost.
